My Approach

As a therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I tailor my care to your unique experiences and needs. We move gently and at your pace, with a focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and seen.

I believe you already carry incredible strength and resources and I’m here to help you access them and support your growth.

What Therapy Looks Like With Me

My therapy style is relational and collaborative. I see the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for healing, and I prioritize trust, warmth, and genuine connection. I also use parts work to help you explore and understand the different parts of yourself, your emotions, thoughts, and experiences, in a self-compassionate and non-judgmental way.

Culture and Identity Matter

As a South Asian immigrant, I know how important it is to feel like your background and identity are understood and respected. I bring this lens into our work, honoring the complexities of navigating multiple cultures, expectations, and the desire to live a life that feels true to you.
